How has the induction training benefited you in preparation for your role?: By gaining a better insight to the company and their vital role. It benefited me in first aid, mental health and all sorts of awarenesses.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: Doing the paediatric and normal first aid, it makes me more confident to know I could save a life in the future.

How has the induction training benefited you in preparation for your role?: The training has equipped me with the knowledge need for my role as a Support worker, the various regulations involved in my role. Now I feel confident to work as a team or alone.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: The practical aspect of the training, the way the tutors demonstrated and interpreted everything to our understanding.

How do you think the induction could be improved in the future?: I think everything is perfect for now.

How has the induction training benefited you in preparation for your role?: I have really enjoyed the training this past 2 weeks. It has triggered my brain on all of the courses. Have been really beneficial for me. I have enjoyed my 2 weeks. Some training I might need or seen it's very in-depth with Care2Succeed.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: The interaction with Lewis when he was talking us through all the courses. I have lost some confidence in my last few roles, but Lewis has encouraged me to keep thinking and learning. I feel more confident starting in my new role.

How do you think the induction could be improved in the future?: I enjoyed the small group setting. It made me feel more relaxed and confident. Small group was a lot better for me.

Additional comments?: Lewis is an asset to your Company. I came 2 weeks ago unconfident and nervous as I'm always from home, but I now feel more confident with refreshing my brain. Thanks to Lewis encouraging me every day.

How has the induction training benefited you in preparation for your role?: The training has equipped me with the skills and knowledge on how to be efficient and proactive in my workplace.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: Emergency First-Aid at work. Presently, I would confidently administer the appropriate First-aid to my residents. I have been equipped with the different approaches to administer First-aid to different incidents/accidents.

How do you think the induction could be improved in the future?: I think everything done here are perfectly done and I am satisfied.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: I enjoyed most of the topics especially Health and Safety; Food Safety and Safeguarding Children and Young Adult.

How do you think the induction could be improved in the future?: So far, the induction program is perfect as the training exceeded my expectation, as it has really added to my skills. I want to thank Care2Succeed team for this added advantage.

How has the induction training benefited you in preparation for your role?: This induction training has benefited me in preparation for my role because it has taught me about Food safety, personal hygiene, first aid and how to safeguard both children and adults and how to keep myself safe from harm too.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: Every part of the induction is enjoyable for me because I have learned a lot of things which would make my job easier and making a positive impact on the people I care for.

How do you think the induction could be improved in the future?: I could not pick out anything to improve on because I had the best time at the induction and it was worth every time spent.

I have been equipped with the essential skills, clarified my responsibilities and facilitated effective collaboration with colleagues, thereby enhancing my confidence and competence as a support worker.

What part of the induction did you find the most enjoyable?: I enjoyed the first-aid training most because it equips me with the skills to respond effectively to emergencies potentially saving lives and reducing recovery times. It also enhances my confidence in handling unforeseen situations ensuring a safer environment for both me and those I support.

How do you think the induction could be improved in the future? I enjoyed every part of the induction. I don't think anything should be improved.

Additional comments? The Care2Succeed team really did an amazing job during the 2 weeks Induction. Thanks to our amazing trainer, Lewis Garbutt, he was exceptional and taught us to our understandings which I have really gained more knowledge preparing me for my role as a Support worker.
