In 2009, Care2Succeed started as a vision of the director, supported by a small team of trainers and assessors who wanted to provide in-house training for care staff.

With the passion and determination of its learners driving its growth, Care2Succeed has seen hundreds of learners come through its doors and go on to achieve successful careers in these industries.

The Assessment Centre
Our Quality and Assessment Team works with the learners to help them reach their potential. Assessors meet with the learners regularly to provide support in achieving their goals. We believe that this is essential in helping learners comprehend and integrate the qualification content into their practical work.
The Education Service
We recognise that the ideal environment for our children, young people, and adults to learn is in mainstream schools and other external-provisions, alongside their peers.

However, we also offer a comprehensive alternative education and training program for those situations when this is not possible. This program is designed to support learners who may require additional assistance with their education and provide them with the opportunity to obtain qualifications that they may not have had the chance to achieve previously.
